Problem receiving mail from POP3 servers

I am having an issue receiving from any POP3 servers. I am basically getting
an error saying the pop server has not responded in 60 seconds and if I
wanted to wait another 60 seconds or stop it. This is happening with any POP
3 email account I have.

Do you have an antivirus program that contains an email scanner? If so,
disable it. Also verify the server name and port and your username/password
credientials in the account properties.

I have done all that and the antivirus was disabled and the username and
password were also correct.

How about the rest of it? Server names, port numbers, authentication
settings? How about server timeout? Did you try creating a new profile?

Server names are correct. I have not made any changes to the ports. I have
not changed server timeout. Where would I change this? Creating a new profile
in the PC and make another outlook connection?

But perhaps your ISP has. It's been known to happen.

Try lengthening it. It's on the Advanced tab of the account properties.
Creating a new profile in the PC and make another outlook connection?

Yes. Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>Add.
