Problem reading reminders at boot?

I am getting the following message when I boot Outlook:

"There was a problem reading one or more of your
reminders. Some reminders may not appear. Cannot locate
recurrence information for this appointment."

Any ideas how to fix it?

Try starting Outlook once with the /CleanReminders switch. If you need help

I have this issue as well - I ran the /CleanFreeBusy, /CleanReminders, and /ResetFolders - nothing works to get the reminders showing again. I sync this to a Sony Clie and the reminders still work on the Clie - but is there a way to get it on the MSO 2003? I've seen several different scenarios - has anyone had success with the /CleanReminders option?
