Problem Opening WP Docs in Word

On a machine running Office XP, selecting a WordPerfect document on local machine, right-click and choose "Open With" and select Microsoft Word. Word converts the document format, opens the document, but the title bar displays "Document1", rather than the file name. Opening the file using File>Open from within Word works correctly. Any ideas what could cause this to happen? Thanks!

Can't do... using Docs Open with no native application. The integrated File>Open dialog will allow the user to select only documents profiled in the document management system

Thank

This should not happen as you probably appreciate. It is likely that Word
has lost its correct registration settings on this machine and so is
treating the document as a template, hence the Document1 filename.
Re-register Word on this machine by calling Winword from Windows > Start >
Run with the command winword /r and see if that corrects the problem.
