Problem opening htm attachments

Running Office XP with SP3.
Upon trying to open a .htm attachment from an email the following error
message occurs "Cannot create file, right click folder..."

Any ideas, just reinstalled office with no results

Perfect, that was indeed the problem. My user is quite happy.

Can this folder limit be increased i think it had near 400mb in it?

It ties in with the Internet Temp settings but it is not always respecting
those settings.
