Problem opening files and pages in a new window by right clicking

I currently cannot open a file or link using the right click on my mouse. I
am sure I have a setting that is not set properly. Any ideas where I can
find this setting and change it. I also cannot open any more than one
internet page at a time and it is highly annoying.

See if you can borrow a mouse from a friend to check if it still does that.
If not, you'll need to buy a new mouse.
But first, try to reinstall the mouse with the drivers.
