I receive many emails for my work containing
attatchments. When I try to open files, for example a
Word document, it is reduced to the asci source code
instead of displaying the final text.
Other recipients of the same emails do not have any
problem.
Can someone help me with why this is happening and how I
can get around it? Is it a configuration problem with
Outlook? Is it my email server/provider or some other
such external influence.
I'm running Office XP on Windows XP on a system with
plenty of headroom.
Any help will be much appreciated.
