Problem on remove a Dead Win 2000 DC Server

Dear,

I have two Window 2000 Server With AD,
One is GDC, Next is DC.
But the server of Dc is crash caused by HW Problem.
So, I intsall a New Server to replace it.

But When I when to choose the same name, it display the name is already on
the domain.
Also, I can't remove it it on the GDC, it display " The DSA Object Cannot be
deleted "

Anyone know how to do it
