problem on help and support service

dear executive:
help and support service in my computer has gone for
along time due to an undefiend reason while this service
is currently active and enable in computer managment
features.when clicking on help option in start menu,there
is no accident.by the way the files related to this
service like helpsvc.exe or winhelp32.exe and other are
all present.by the way i have used some application like
system meckanin to clear junction files and remove the
rejistery unvalid keys by this program.
