problem of offline files synchronize

When I sync. my offline folder, a message state that the
offline file cannot merge and parameter incorrect. How can
I solve this problem and why this happen? Please help.

Hi,

Check your settings here: Start/Run/Regedit
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Policies\
Microsoft\Windows\NetCache]

SyncAtLogoff should be set to 1.
