Problem of c0000218

A friend's P4 computer whit Windows2000 Pro. I don't
know why,when it will enter the logon screen Blue Screen
appear with message "STOP c0000218 unknow hard
error".Please tell me what shall i do to fix it?
 
The blue screen appear about 5 seconds,then restart
automatically!Waiting for solution!
