Problem Occured while "DATABASE" was comunicating with the OLE server or ActiveX Control

I have gotten this message twice now on an ADP and would like to know how to
fix it!! It was working yesterday but not today. I cant think of any
information other that it is happening with Access 2000 and 2003. OS is
windows 2000 and XP.
 
I got a similar message when MSBlaster worm was trying to
gain entry into my system.
