Problem mapping from Excel

I have a customer database created in Excel which I want to import into BCM.
When I import my database into Accounts, everything (Account Name, Address,
Phone, e-mail etc.) arrives in the correct field in BCM Accounts except for
the Primary Contact. I have tried mapping it over again to the Primary
Contact Field but it still fails to import to Accounts at all.
Am I doing something wrong or can you possibly help me?
Thanks in advance :)

I tried this, too, and I think it's because the Primary Contact is not a
field like Phone or Address, but a link to a Contact record. When you
manually link a Primary Contact to an Account, you have to choose the Contact
or add a New Contact to fill this field. The field in the BCM you want to
fill is controlled by the 'PrimaryContactEntryID' field, but I'm not sure how
to program the map to input this from Excel.

I don't think there's a way to input the item GUIDs from Excel.

The Parent Account for Contact and Primary Contact of Account
relationships are tricky. Both entities, Account and Contact, need to
exist in the database before a relationship can be set.
