Friend of mine got a Dell machine with Windows XP Home
Edition installed.
Last week he tried to boot up his machine, he got the
error message of
"The system cannot log you on because the domain XYZ is
not available".
He cannot login in normal mode using any id.
I've tried to login using both Normal mode and Safe mode
using administrator id with no success. The same error
message appear.
It seems that I cannot bypass the login process.
I tried the MS support page and found one problem related
to
Encryption but it did not applied to XP.

I tried the suggested methods with no success.
Please help!!! TIA!!
