problem loading Internet Explorer

Suddenly I can not load Internet Explorer, or connect to
Internet, unless I am in safe mode. In safe mode I can
connect to internet with no problems. What could cause
this?

Just had the same problem. Spent time on phone with microsoft support to resolve problem. it was a popup adware that had added itself to the computer. go to add/remove programs and see it there is a program there that looks like it does not belong. if so, delete it, reboot and try internet explorer again.

This is probably being caused by a third-party program
(adware, spyware,
parasite)

Download, install, *update* and run these two programs:
Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de/software/adaware/
Spybot from http://security.kolla.de/ (Remove items
listed in red.)
