Problem installing services.

Hi All,

For some reason our citrix server will not allow any new
services to be installed. I get the message: "you don't
have the proper access to install the NT service". I get
the message even though it is installed under the
Administrator account. Is there something wrong with the
Administrator's account? I don't have the problem on the
DC but only on the Citrix member server.

Try logging on as the local administrator in case you are logging on as a domain
administrator. Possibly the domain admins group has been removed from the local
administrators group on that computer? --- Steve
