"Access Denied" Installing Certificate Services

While trying to install certificate services on either of my W2K servers
(one a DC, the other stand-alone) the install fails with an "Access Denied"
message. However, I am logged in with the Administrator account, which is a
member of the Domain Admins group. The message appears shortly after the
IIS shutdown portion of the install process.

Any ideas how to solve this one?

Thanks,
Mike

Try adding yourself to the enterprise administrators group next time
you try on the dc. I am not sure if that is the problem, but worth a
ry. --- Steve

Lo and behold the Administrator account is already a member of Enterprise
Admins. Good idea, but not the problem this time. This one has me stumped.

Anyone else??

Well, I found the problem. It turns out the share I was using to try and
save the certificate configuration was set to read-only for the
administrator account. Once I changed the share location everything
installed just fine. Thanks for the effort, Steven.
