Problem installing cd-rw drive

I have installed a new Sony CD-RW drive and
everything looks ok until I try to use the
drive. I keep getting this error

ordinal 1865 could not be located in dynamic link
library IML32.dll

Can anyone help?

I am getting exactly the same error message but have yet
to find the cure. Is there one?
