Ordinal 1865 error ?

We've tried to install two new games over Christmas; Uru and Darkfall. Both games seem to install fine, but upon launch we get the error:

'The ordinal 1865 could not be located in the dynamic link library IML32.dll.'

What does this mean and how do we fix it?
