problem installing Canon i860.

I can't get the drivers for my canon i860 to install on
xp home. When I run the install program I get an error
telling me that "newdev.dll" is not found. I talked to
canon and they said that downloading the latest service
pack should fix the problem. I did that and it still
gives me that error.
