problem installing an usb camera

I'm trying to install a Fuji Finepix A203 digital camera but I can't. I get
the following error message "Class installer has denied the request to
install or upgrade this device"

I've tried installing from the windows update, but again unsuccessful. Fuji
says that this device does not need to have its drivers intalled from the cd
in winxp.

Is there a way to install it, or am I doing something wrong?

I've already tried to install it and unistalled several times. Now, every
time I connect this camera the wizard goes straight to the end and tells me
that there was a problem trying to install this device and it will not work
successfully.

Any help will be appreciated.

This is just a guess.... does it say anywhere in the instructions to install
all software or drivers before plugging in the camera to the usb?

I've tried that and I still get the same problem. Can't install either way!
