Problem in windows 2000 professional

Respected Sir/ Madam,

i have windows 2000 professional in my
computer,for the few days ago it says Physical Memory Dump
error and next its going to blue screen and immediatelly
shutdown.After this incident i can't use my computer
properly.Can you please tell me a good solution for this
error.

Note : i am not installed any new softwares and new
Hardwares.

If you could copy down the entire screen it would tell you
which driver or program caused the blue screen.
