PROBLEM IN SENDING NEW MAIL

DEAR ALL,

I DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSION OFFICE 2003 & UPGRADED FROM OFFICE XP. IN
THE OUTLOOK, THE "SEND","REPLY","REPLY ALL" & "FORWARD" OPTION IS DISABLED IN
THE OUTLOOK.

HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM.

same things happens to me, it is not the account, is something else, it was
working fine and from one day to another it stops working,, menus disabled.
it only works on safe mode.

any other idea?
