Microsoft outlook (MS-Office 2003) – Mail Issueâ€

Dear Sir,

I am using Microsoft outlook (MS-Office 2003) as my mail box, if I send any
mail to any recipient then it’s converting the mail to unformatted text (that
is plain text) and I have verified all the options in Microsoft outlook and
marked all the check boxes as Html but I am not able to fix the error.

But in my sent item it’s showing the mails in html format with the alignment
and font I have made in my mail.
In all my emails i used to mark the bcc to the same email address from which
i am sending. Because here we people, that is 10 people including me are
using the same mail id, so we have to mark the bcc whenever we are sending
the reply to the customer. Because then only the other persons will come to
know that i have already sent a reply for that mail.

After sending the mail to the recipient the bcc (that is my mail id
mentioned in the bcc) mail come to our inbox without the alignment, table,
font & font size which I have made in my mail. So the other persons are not
able to view the content of the mail clearly because it doesnot cosist the
table, alignment etc., It looks like the plain text / Unformatted text.

So, please give any suggestion to resolve this issue.

If you are using an Exchange server as your mail server, is it set to strip
formatting?
