problem in sending messages

i am using OE 6. I am not able to send any mail more than 3-4 kb file. But
once i reset the account this will work 5-10 min then the same issue crops
up.

Can i get some help to resolve this issue

microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress)
