problem in sending email in outlook 2007

i cannot able ot send email in outlook 2007 and getting the error "sending
reported error (0x800ccc64): cannot send the message.verify the email address
in your account properties".pleas solve my problem
 
Verify your account settings. Contact your mail admin or ISP when you do not
know these.
