Problem in Outlook: Japanese Language Pack prompting for installat

Hi

We currently have a problem with a few of our clients who are receiving
emails that when opened are asking if we want to install a Japanese Language
Pack. Normally we would simply install Office updates to rectify a problem of
this nature but as it’s happened to more than one client I thought it best to
check if there are any known Virus definitions that would cause this or that
have been recently introduced

Would be very grateful of any help given

It's probably that the mail was encoded in Japanese encoding that
requires Japanese fonts for viewing.
