Displaying Outlook Folders in Japanese

I have a user who uses Windows XP with the Japanese MUI,
and he also has the Microsoft Language Japanese MUI
installed. All the Office and Windows Dialog boxes
display in Japanese; however, I cannot get his Outlook
Folders to display in Japanese. They only display ??? and
other odd characters.

Anyone know of how to get the Outlook folders to display
in Japanese?

Thanks,
David

Is you're Office version Japanese as well?
Don't know for the MUI versions but in general the folders should take the
locale name when you start Outlook from the Run command with the
/resetfoldernames switch

User is using US Windows XP, MS Office XP and US MS
Office MUI. Noe of the actual software that he is using
is Japanese. Excel, Powerpoint, Access menues display in
Japanese. Outlook still displays the menues in English,
and the folder names with ???.

I had the user use the Reset Folders option and nothing.
I plan on reinstalling the Office and MUI package but I
do not know if it will solve the problem.

I know that it is possible to display Outlook folders and
Personal Folders in Japanese, I have seen it on other
PC's; however, those settings are the same as the one I
am trying to get to work.

Thanks,
David
