problem in IE6

sir i am a home user and using WINDOW Xp on P4 1.6GHz
40GB disk and 128MB RAM using IE6 i dont have UPS and at
my home city lights cut off every day it produce error in
IE6 and i think some off my files are curropted due to
this MY PC is slow and IE6 is not working properly when I
visited YAHOO it show me error dll or some other kind MY
WINDOWS WAS PREINSTALLED I DONT HAVE CD so i can repair
please tell me how can i get rid of this problem plz

If your computer came with a recovery disk, then IE will be on it. IE is a free
program and has had patches, check out:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/search.aspx?displaylang=en
Emptying your cache will help, within IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files.

Please try to reinstall IE6
and check the hard disk
is there anything wrong?
