Problem in Client for Microsoft Networks

HI,

Today when my computer started, the network card was not working properly
I uninstalled it and then reinstalled the network card.
After re-installation of NIC there is another problem that two services
i.e. Client for Microsoft Network and File and Printer sharing for Microsoft
Networks
are not checked, when I tried to checked it there is an error saying
"You must enable one or more other components for the following component(s)
to work
properly"
I can not see any problem in services that 8 hours ago everything was
working just fine.

My computer is connected with Windows Small Business Server 2003 domain
controller.
has service pack 4 installed.

I can ping the server by IP as well as by Name but cannot use the print or
other services.

Please anybody help me to sort it out.

I'm having exactly the same issue, anybody has an idea what to do in such a case ?
