problem importing from excel to Outlook

Hi,
I am trying to import from Excel into Outlook.
I followed the instruction, everything seems to be working , but only one
email address will be actually imported from the Excel. What did i do wrong.?
Any suggestion?

If it's an xls file as opposed to a csv file, you need to create a named
range.....

No gaps in the data? (ie blank rows....) No gap between the column headers
and the first row of data?

No, excel file has only two names and two emails on it, no gaps.
I would send you my excel file ,so you can see it yourself. But I don't know
