Problem Exporting Images Over 5 MB to PDF

Neil

I have a client who has a report that has 6 images on it (the report uses
image controls). He wants to export the report to PDF and e-mail (using
SendObject). He finds, though, that when the size of the 6 images equals 5
MB or more, that when the PDF is created it loses one or two images. This
doesn't always happen the first time the e-mail is sent. But usually after 4
such e-mails are sent, the images start dropping out.

I have confirmed this on my system as well. And using OutputTo to generate
the PDF first doesn't help. This seems to be a limitation within the Access
PDF generator.

Has anyone else come across this? Are there any known workarounds?

Thanks!

Neil

Are you running into E-mail system limits? Some systems will not
accept E-mails larger than <some size>.
