hi, i'm really hoping one of you can help me,

i recently installed "clone virtual drive" software on my PC big mistake!

i rebooted as the program sayed once it was installed, and to my surprise.

it didn't boot up again.. properly

note:while it loads dell bios, you can access setup and boot options

it boots on to a black screen with 4 options:

*boot windows with network
*boot windows with command prompt
*boot windows in safe mode

*boot windows from last known working point(or something along those lines)

all of the options, either end up on a black screen, or with this:

a blue screen with the following information displayed::----

Problem detected windows shutdown to prevent damage

remove any newly installed hard-drives or hardware controllers
check hard drive is correctly configured and terminated

run CHKDSK /F check for hard disk corruption

technical information:

***STOP: 0x00000078, 0xF8890528, 0x00000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000

any helpful replies, will be greatly, greatly appreciated many thanks in advance for any replies i recieve

solution

just incase someone has the same problem, there is only one way to fix this problem,

you can either (on a dell pc) hold CTRL and press F8, and this will load, windows from the hard disk copy you have on your hard drive...

or if you have already copyed your version of windows onto a cd, then you will have to boot up windows from the cd, either way, you will lose and documents or setting you have on the computer.
