Problem d/l Zip files

Hello All

I just reinstalled outlook 2003 in vista and I cannot d/l my zip files from
my attached e-mail I forgot were the setting is to allow me access to my
mail

When I saw that file I recognized it... I had saved it for my Vista
Migration..
