"Problem communicating with printer"

I have a Lexmark printer that worked at one time. I took
down my computer to move and after setting it back up the
printer has not worked again. I have looked for patches,
de-installed, re-installed, and nothing seems to work. I
have received messages about the spooler and that the
computer is having trouble communicating with the
printer. What should I try next?
 
Fianally-I am having the same problem!!! If you have
fixed the problem please pass on the info
