Problem: Can't Right Click

Lately I've been having some weird problems with Windows XP Pro.

I have 6-9 IE windows open parts of the UI becomes unresponsive. It usually
manifests itselfs in various ways:

1. I can't right click /anywahere/, on the desktop, in an IE window, in the
explorer, in any other program running, etc.

2. If I somwhow get another IE window opened the menubar is gone.

I have absolutely no idea whats going on. Any help is very much appreciated.
