Problem at start up

This is the message I'm getting at start up. " The procedure entry point?
open key@cregistry@@AEJPAUHKEY_@@pb_wab_n@z could not be located in the
bynamic link library kemutil.dii."

I've run all kinds of tests but nothing is working to correct this problem.
The only thing that seems to be not be working at this time is my Kaspersku
anti-virus pretection. I can"t turn it on. I hope someone can help me out.

keymutil.dll is usually a Logitech driver/utility.
Youve run an online virus scan at eg Trend Micro / Symantec
Scanned for malaware, MS Defender, Spybot & Adaware?
