PROBLEM AFTER START UP THE WINDOWS

hi guys..sorry form my english i'm czech living in florida
i'v got problem..i'm all ready change my broken HDD becouse the last one ben
death..the new HDD work ok like 2 weks

now when i shut down the PC or put on the hybernate mode and then try
starting up i'm see on screen the mesagereboot and select proper boot device
or insert boot media in sekected boot device and pres key

but when i'm make second restart the windows is work..the mesage i'm se on
screen just in first start up{at morning}

in bios i have like first 1.HDD
2.cd/dvd
3 flopyy

i'm dont know what is happen

Sounds like the CMOS battery is going bad and needs to be replaced. The CMOS
battery is located on the motherboard and is easy to replace, it's about the size of
a nickel. Check any documents provided with the machine for instructions on
replacing the battery. If you have no documents, check the manufacturers support
site for information.documents.

The HD doesn't come up to speed quickly enough so the BIOS looks
elsewhere for an OS. The second time, the hd is up to speed. I believe
that in some BIOS you can increase the delay before accessing the hd.
Or change the boot order to look to the CD/DVD first. That may give the
HD time to get up to speed.
