About a month or so ago, I was forced to perform a re-install of Xp Pro
after I upgraded about everything in my computer. My only problem is I
can't get to my old Documents that were in my old profile. I can see
the folder, I just can't see the files themselves, I keep getting a "You
don't have permission to Access this resource" message.
Any Ideas would be very helpful.

You need to take ownership of the folder, details on this are in the help
and support section, just search on "take ownership".
