I am using Windows 2000 Pro and I am the admin. The
problem with the computer is that it will not let me access
certain programs or options such as "Display", "System
Information", and much other items. When I try to run a
program such as my web brpwser if I select "Run as
different user" then it will allow me to access these
programs but not options such as the the two listed above.
I want to get this off my computer and I know it is an
option somewhere I just do not know where it is and how to
disable it. If someone could help me with this issue I
would greatly appreciate it. I am bout to format if not.
