Probably simple questions

Hi,

I have two questions that are probably very easy, but I
can't seem to figure them out, can someone help.

Where can I change the preferences I try to save pictures
from the web by right clicking and the only file option
is .bmp and most of the ones I am trying to download
are .jpg but I can't set that file format.

I want to back up my e.mail from outlook express can you
tell me where to find those files (and file names) in
windows explorer and outlook (for contact information).

Thats not a preference its a bug, delete your temporary internet files and
the option should come back

Search on google for 'location outlook express files' The very first hit is
a Microsoft article on how to do it. Then you can do the same for outlook
address book. If you put -express in the search it will omit outlook
express. "'location outlook address book file -express" (omit the quotes)

This problem isn't really your fault. You probably don't need to change any
settings just delete some old stuff. Try this page for an explanation...

Try clicking Tools -> options -> Maintenance tab -> Store Folder button.

I believe that should display the path to where your messages are stored but
I don't use the email capability of Outlook Express myself.
