No. You can do so only by clean installing XP Home.
Why do you want to? Are you aware that there is nothing in Home
that is not also in Professional? Home is a subset of
Professional. The only possible good reason for wanting to do
this would be to free up the copy of XP Professional for use on
another machine.
The only way to change from WinXP Pro to WinXP Home is to format
the drive and start over. There is no supported downgrade path or
technique.
Simply boot from the WinXP Home installation CD. You'll be
offered the opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as
part of the installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the
order of boot devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
Not without re-installing clean. That means you have to complete wipe
Home off the machine and install Pro. That said, why in the world
would you even want to?
