i have a problem whereby my bank account details are
under threat every time my two daughters go online. i
think it stems from 1 or 2 contacts from msn instant
messaging or hotmail accounts. these accounts have now
been disabled to the best of my knowledge and ability but
norton internet security log still has to block my bank
details, so something is lurking, even though norton a.v.
scans show nothing. also each of my daughters has an e-
mail which will not delete although the inbox shows empty.
any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks

Have you looked into spyware?

I use both Ad-Aware & Spybot. Make sure you update the program/s.

Don't forget to update Spybot and run it on a regular basis.

the spybot seems to have had success with whatever was
trying to send out my private info, but now i am still
left with 1unread e-mail message on both my daughters
accounts although nothing showing in inbox, could i have
removed old hotmail accounts wrongly ie not cleared all
inbox content or could the undeletable message have
dissapeared from inbox and lodged itself somewhere else?
its not causing any problems that i have noticed but is
an annoyance knowing that someone has put something on my
pc that i cannot remove, as always any help would be
greatly appreciated

visited kellys corner, line 100 and received reg edit

filewhich i saved to my pc, do i have to go into registry
to activate this or wiil a restart work and am i likely
to have done any ureperable damage already by saving it,
which might show up at a later date?
