Private Calendar Entry - Make viewalb by selected users

Is it possible to make private calendar entries viewable by others? Say by an
Admistrative Assistant that manages the bosses calendar. We're using OL,
Exchange & Server 2000

Tools | Options | Delegates, click the Permissions button, and check the box for "Delegates can see my private items."
