Calendar Views By Category - How to suppress PERSONAL from Exchange?

Using two categories (Business and Personal), I've created two views of
my calendar showing business and personal appointments seperately.
This works fine for me. When coworkers view my calendar (via exchange
server) they see all my appointments (business, personal, etc). I know
I can check each appointment "private", restricting others from reading
them, but they still appear on the schedule as "private appointment."
Can I restrict which appointments displayed on my exchange server
calendar? I don't want my personal appointments cluttering up my
calendar viewed by my coworkers. Thanks.

No, the best you could do is have a separate personal calendar. A separate
calendar will work better in Outlook 12... but it's not the best in Outlook
2003 and under since you can't see all the appointments on one calendar
view.

Exactly. That plus I don't believe I can sync two separate outlook
calendars with my Pocket PC calendar. I guess I'll just have to keep
my extensive personal calendars in my day planner until I can find
another solution. Thanks!
