PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS CANNOT BE SEEN

Hi everyone. I have an appointment in my outlook 2003
calendar marked as private. I have shared out my calendar
to another user who has owner permissions to my calendar.
She can see my calendar and all appointments but she
cannot edit anything that i have marked private. Is this
normal. I would like to have it marked private so that
others on the network cannot see what my private meetings
are about when they check my availability in outlook.

Yes, this is normal. Private appointments are just that - private and
uneditable/unseen by others (the details).

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
