Prints 1 copy only

My printer is connected to my computer through a network. (A friend
did this for me; I do not know how to do this myself!) I can
successfully print from my computer, but only one copy. It doesn't
matter what quantity I put in the box, it will only print 1. Any
suggestions? Thanks

Is it an Epson ? I see the same problem with my Photo EX.
