Printing

I am trying to print a word 07 document i created at home with word 03 that
is on my work computer, is this possible without a patch

Without a patch, no.

You could go home, open the document in 07, and use the Save As command (on
the Office button menu) to save it in Word 97-2003 format; you'll be able to
open that at work.
