printing

Hi All Experts,
I have tried printing a print friendly page from tmobile and it justs prints
the top and botton of the page the instructions are not printed , i have also
used Gadwin Print screen 3.1 to no avail.
Is it possible that they don't wish you to print it? This would seem strange
since they put print friendly version.
any help will be appreciated

Try
Select All -- <ctrl>+A
Copy -- <ctrl>+C
Paste -- <ctrl>+V [into Notepad or the like]
