Printing

I recently upgraded to Word 2003 from Word 2000. I need to print multiple
documents (10 to 15) without accepting tracked changes and also not visible
on printed copy. I have tried turning off "make hidden markup visible when
opening or saving" but this doesn't make any difference.

Make sure you have Final view (rather than Final Showing Markup) selected on
the Reviewing toolbar, or use the Print dialog, selecting "Document" instead
of "Document showing markup."

Thank you for your response which helps when printing one document. How do I
open the Print dialog after selecting *multiple* documents to print.
