Printing Word 2003 Doc--Problem

I am unable to print any document from Word, I have step thru all of the
suggestion on the XP support page and still no-can-do. i am able to print in
other programs. I am operating on XP Home utilizing MS Office Pro 2003,
printing on Epson R300 , on a Toshiba Laptop, using USB. Can anyone offer
some insight on how I can correct the printing problem?

Please help us to help you. What does "I am unable to print"
mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error message,
please quote it verbatim

Epson was able to step me through the process of correcting the problem.

What was happening: I could see the print job go to the printer control
panel but it would not release to the printer, locking up Word until you
cancel the print job.

After deleting all recognition of the driver (including registry files) and
reloading the surrent driver all wa well again. Thank You Epson Support.
